Thank you for shopping with Big Texan 3D. We strive to provide high-quality 3D printing filament, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

• You may return unopened and unused filament within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Opened filament rolls are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@txcomputersupply.com with your order details.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• We may request photos or other evidence to process the claim.

• We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for confirmed defects or errors.

Non-Refundable Items

• Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Custom or special order filaments are not eligible for returns.

• Filaments damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
